For me, these are a great fit. They are comfortable in the shoe and in the shaft. I am glad I got them in wide. I normally wear a 10 but have been noticing lately that in many Clarks I need a 10W or they are too small. These easily go with all kinds of outfits. I did have to break them in a little. I would give them 6 stars if I knew they were waterproof. Hats off to Clarks for making a boot that will fit a 19 inch calf! I will buy these again and again and am shooting myself for not buying the Cheyn Wisk before they were sold out!
